Olive Oil 6 tablespoon
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Mustard Paste
1/2 teaspoon Oregano half teaspoon
1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
Salt as per taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
Cooking Method:
1- Tenderizer the Chicken with meat pounder.
2- In a bowl, add minced chicken, olive oil, lemon juice,salt, ginger & garlic paste, mustard paste, white pepper powder, oregano, chili sauce and mix it well.
3- Now, keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4- Afterward, skewer the chicken into barbeque sticks.
5- Take a fry pan add some olive oil and sauté it or bake it or BBQ on coal.
