  • 500grms TenderBrest 


  • Olive Oil 6 tablespoon 


  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice 


  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste 


  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Paste 


  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano half teaspoon 


  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce 


  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric 


  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste

Directions

  • 500grms TenderBrest 
  • Olive Oil 6 tablespoon 
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice 
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste 
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Paste 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano half teaspoon 
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce 
  • Salt as per taste 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric 
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste 
  • Cooking Method: 
  • 1- Tenderizer the Chicken with meat pounder.
  • 2- In a bowl, add minced chicken, olive oil, lemon juice,salt, ginger & garlic paste, mustard paste, white pepper powder, oregano, chili sauce and mix it well. 
  • 3- Now, keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
  • 4- Afterward, skewer the chicken into barbeque sticks. 
  • 5- Take a fry pan add some olive oil and sauté it or bake it or BBQ on coal. 
  • You’re tasty Chicken Satay now ready to serve.
